Seems some options don't work using the DDJ-1000SRT. Prelisten doesn't work, and a few buttons on the board don't seem to work correctly in VDJ. Is there an update or a new mapping that will make these two 100% compatable?

Prelisten works, depending on how you define it.
What doesn't work with DDJ-1000SRT is "autoPfl" (and Sandbox and some other stuff) because the board is using an "External Mixer" audio setup.
This means that the mixing of the audio is done by the device, and not by VirtualDJ.
VirtualDJ sends the audio of each deck on the controller and not "Master + Headphones"
