Topic: video skin, visibilty 0, does it add to workload?

If a <video> has 0 visibility does it add any cpu load?

I have a 9[3*3] screen video skin, [4 decks as source twice and master, only using shaders on 2 decks and slideshow on other 2] and my machine just about handles it [given impaired sight perception of my viewers XD ]
I'm thinking making the video skin 'dance' [switch to 2 * 2, whole screen to single source, layer sources over each other like stickers]

current [d1,d3,d2,d4,master,d4,d2,d3,d1]

In my experience with VB-8 decks and shape videoskin
skin with 8 video windows with 9 shaped videos with image overlay each and various quantity of other previews all with visibility control level...

there is only one instance per track other display being handle by hardware overlays
(same apply to audio, loading track in multiple decks only load it once and deck share it)

so yes there is extra cpu load... negligible and insignifiant to set the level to GPU
there is no real visible GPU extra load

I find VDJ very impressive in these conditions
take a look at vb_8decks, PIP & shape thing, it can things like this by switching global variable
(videoskin version available - uploaded but refused)
