I knocked up a 10 minute plugin, [similar to how "sticky" functions] it just makes a BPM filter +/- 10% for, bpm, 0.5 * bpm, and 2 * bpm

feels useful, but it also feels a bit 'cheap' putting up a 10 minute plugin up for release, any interest?
