I sent support an email and the reply was like they didnt read anything but password . As they offered a temp password . The issue is I bought the $2909 licence but since then ex went nuts and abused / destroyed my life so computer gone but not controller but I want the licence taken over to new identity and computer .... but the response was " reset your passord on your temporary account " no i want my old licence back pls . help pls

forum can't do anything, all licencing is dealt with by support.
