Salve, sono nuovo su virtual Dj, nel 2009 acquistai la Hercules Dj console MK2, e non riesco a connetterla con le ultime versioni di VirtualDj, potete aiutarmi a capire se e un problema della mia console, o e solo un problema di compatibilità?

You probably just need to install the drivers first...

Try other usb port.
And start the installation of the driver before you connect the controller.
Connect the controller first when the driver install asks you to.
Also, try see if you have a usb 2 port, in case its not working so well with usb 3
