I have a Pioneer DDJ SP2 and I want to know how to map a pad to slip mode because my Roland DJ707M does not have a slip mode

Better avoid mapping one of the 16 Pads, as their functionality depends on the selected Mode. Choose any of the top buttons https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/ddjxp2/layout/controls.html and assign as ..
Since you are using Roland (and not Timecodes) then the INT buttons are the best candidates for me.
