Topic: VirtualDj V8.5-64 b6156 Crash when open visualizer option

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Using VirtualDj V8.5-64 b6156 , when i click the shader/cover video options VDJ crashes.
The shader/cover list will show briefly then crash
The first time it happens it restarts and resume from where it left off, second time it just restarts.
Cpu: ryzen 2700x
video : nvidia gtx-1080ti (tried with use this gfx card on & off)
ram:16gb 3666mhz ram
hdd:512 nvme
os:win 10 build 1903

Not 100% sure what you meant by shader/cover list or options?

with list, you mean the video effect list, and crash just by activating the effect?
Or do you mean opening the options for the effect?

Using River Tuner? could try disable that and see... just to test

Bingo, Rivatuner was the issue, Solved!!!
