Topic: Virtual Dj not installing

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Virtual Dj wont install on pc , it keeps asking me to make sure I have access to the directory.

if you right-click that installer file you downloaded, is there an option at right-click menu that says "Install as Administrator"?
IF so, try that.

And if not, perhaps you are logged into a Windows account without privileges to install programs.
 
Hi Norman there is no run as admin , only install repair and uninstall. I can install other programmes with no problems. For eg. I'm able to install (Rekord box, Ableton ). Not sure why vdj all drivers are upto date aswell.
 
Try a computer restart, just in case the virtualdj.exe process is taken/in-use in the background (frozen process).
Worth a try ;-)
