Atomix does still have very old skins like that available to download, if wish to go back in time.

The further back you go though, the less chance it will work on VDJ 8. Also you'll probably need a license.
NB It is not legally permitted for Atomix to provide skins which emulate other DJ software.

The skin can be uploaded on someone else's site, as if Atomix has nothing to do with it.

No it can't. This is the VirtualDJ site, and this is the only official place for skins to be hosted.
When a skin is uploaded, it has to be checked by Atomix staff before being made available to users.
Downloading a skin from anywhere esle is done totally at your own risk. I doubt you'd get any support if there were problems with it.

why do I need this site? Put it on any other one. And you don't need support then.
