Atomix Productions customer support has changed. Due to the high level of virus and spams we were receiving everyday, our team encountered more and more difficulties to answer your message in the shortest delay.

As customer support has always been our priority, we have modified our support system and we offer you right now a new way to communicate with us for any question, problem, or idea.

So, starting from the end of the week, we won't accept new email on service@virtualdj.com and support@virtualdj.com.

We have designated our new support system to better follow your problem from the first message to our final answer. Besides you will now be able to manage your questions and see their status in real time.
Any message will be marked as read/answered/in progress and of course we will notify your by email.

I UPGRADED TO 1.07 AND IT FREEZES ON ME EVEN FASTER THAN 1.06. I NEED TO FEEL THAT I CAN RELY ON THIS PROGRAM FOR MY GIGS BUT IF IT FREEZES ON ME WHAT CAN I DO?

Ok....I have sent three emails. I have paid and can login but there is no software to download! It keeps asking me to registor which I have already done. I need the software. You have my money....now I want the Virtual DJ software. Please instruct or correct problem to recieve the software. Thank you for your speedy reply. Sincerely, Lonnie ( DJ Rayman)

downloaded program but I keep getting protection errors when I try to setup serial #. It's been awhile now and have not heard from any tech support. This Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Wow I never new tech support took so long, thanks for th reply but I still have the same protection error 16. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I removed all previous demos of atomix & Vdj. I don't understand why I have this problem. Is it due to the previous versions?
