Sometimes just a restart of vdj will sort this. Try that before we dig deeper.

Having the same issue, i've restarted vdj at least 8 times now, nothing seems to work...

Try restart the computer or CTRL ALT DEL

If the database is "empty" with missing cues, bpm etc. its probably due to a frozen process that already has taken the database (for some reason, perhaps closing lid on computer with software running or something)

Restarting the computer will start fresh though and all should be fine again ;-)

Hi,
This just happened to me yesterday, recorded a mix with those trackname cuepoints that VirtualDJ automatically adds, opened the mix today, all cues are gone! Including the ones I added manually.
I restarted vdj & my computer several times, still same issue.
How do I fix this?

Check your database.xml file - that where they get stored
