Topic: Pionner RX 2 - sound only on one deck

Hello. I'm facing the following problem using Virtual DJ 2020 with my Pioneer VDJ-RX2:

I can control sound on deck A only with the fader from deck B, basically the fader or crossfader for channel A is not working, neither in prelistening/ CUE mode, neither with full volume on A.

Please provide help. Thank you.
