Topic: Mixdeck connecting to virtual dj

I am having problem connecting my mixdeck to virtual dj. The mixdect shows up, but whenever I plug in the mixdeck its not connecting. I try purchasing a new license but was notify that I already have a license. How do I download virtual dj pro 2020 because it states that the product i'm using is discontinued.
