i tried many times re-install. re start pc.BUT PROGRAM WILL NOT RESPOND

Is this with the auto-update from older Build to the latest or when you run the installer from our Download page ?
Do you get the VirtualDJ interface (Skin) and then becomes uresponsive or not getting anything at all ?
Things to try...
- see if any instance of VirtualDJ is still running in Taskbar. If so, terminate and try again.
- Remove (or better move/backup/rename) the settings.xml from Documents/VirtualDJ folder and restart. If good now, please send us the old settings.xml to take a look.
- Remove (or better rename/backup) your database.xml from Documents/VirtualDJ folder and try again.
- Make sure no other USB devices are connected. If connected, try without them and let us know which one conflicts.
