I have a Reloop Neon.
All things are working, but when switching performance mode or holding the shift button the colors of the LED pads are not always 'updated'.
Sometimes the colors of the previous mode are still being shown. When pressing the pads the colors often changed to what they need to be (but that is not wat i want ofcourse).
The problem occurs with the default mapping, and my custom mapping (in which I tried to solve this issue)
Is this an issue from VirtualDJ or the Neon (firmware)?
I have Virtual DJ: v8.3.b5186 and the Neon's latest firmware: 0.34

I'm running macOS Sierra (10.12.6).
On my virtual machine with windows 10, I installed VirtualDJ. And the Neon is working correctly (with some latency issues, but that is understandable).
So it is a problem with macOS?

Was able to reproduce the issue. It appears that the Reloop Neon doesnt like Midi Out data to be sent fast. Our support agent who is handling your submitted ticket will soon provide you a test file to verify the above which probably also fixes your issue.
