Yea so all my audio fx have been removed, including the stock ones how do I get them back?

Do you mean samples? Try the recycle bin.

Simply restore them from one of the regular backups you take of your important stuff.
You do take backups?
Alternatively, download them again from here (if they're VDJ effects). You can do this from within VDJ now.
Another mention here too for the recycle bin. It's been a part of Windows since 1995.
