Topic: Playback showing Spinning Wheel?

I am just a play at home kinda guy and I just noticed that my videos now play with this little round wheel with the bar spinning round and round, it didn't do that before, at least 6 months ago it didn't. How do I get that wheel off my videos, it's distracting to me. Thanks!
