i just trie to buy the monthlu license of 19dollars in order to be able to use my numark mixtrack pro3 with virtual dj, i tried with different debit cards but it didn't work. The error message received is as follows:we are sorry that we are unable to complete the transaction at the moment contact support. What is the issue??

You buy it on the top of the screen whee it says "Buy" - then it automatically gets attached to your login, and you then use the same login when logging into the software
If you have a LE license key you type it in under "My Account" on this screen
