Topic: How do you turn the bass up?

I fiddled with the boost & gain settings, what do I do? Thanks in advance!

Gain and Eq Low knobs should indeed boost audio and bass, but keep in mind that the Limiter may prevent boosting after some point, to avoid clipping.You dont hear any difference at the Master Output, when moving from middle 12 o clock position to a higher one ?
 
A headphone amplifier like the new Mackie HM-4 would help loudness and bass. It's a common request most DJs make when playing live. I like QSC and Mackie monitors for loudness also.
 
Else search the preferences of whatever program you want to boost the bass on. This is a program-specific adjustment, not a global adjustment.
