Topic: How do i disable Strip Search / Needle Drop in VirtualDJ 8.2 faulty sensor strip on my Numark NS7ii

How do i disable Strip Search / Needle Drop in VirtualDJ 8.2 Sensor on right deck is faulty on my Numark NS7ii . The sensor is sending bad signals to software making track jump every now and then. Also is the touch strip easily replaceable or easy to disconnect i rarely use it?

Go into mapping use key learn press the strip this will gi to the mapping, change the mapping to
"nothing"
 
Thank you Locodog. That worked perfectly! wondering if its even worth fixing the sensor now?
 
The component is known to be a bit light weight, If you don't use it don't bother, if you want to sell your unit on do the fix just before you sell it.
