Ditching Duality
I am trying to use virtual dj so I can use the rewire function to play live from fl studio. The only problem is I need to be able to use my MIDI controller with FL studio while at the same time using my pioneer ddj-rb with virtual dj. I already emailed someone at customer support and they said there is no built in way to do this but there HAS to be a way, I cant be the first person to want to DJ songs and use a MIDI controller for live performance.

In VirtualDJ, go to Config->Controller, select the controller you want to use in FL Studio, and select 'ignore' as mapper.
This will disable use of the midi controller in VirtualDJ.
Next, in FL Studio, go to Options->MIDI settings, and under Inputs select the midi controller you want to use in FL studio and select 'Enable'

Awesome! if this works I'll be so happy, I don't have the gear with me to test it out this minute. Have you done this same way with success?
