Hi guys. My virtual dj stops responding and cuts the music suddenly.

I have 2x cdj2000nsx2 with newest firmware from pioneer installed, set to midi control mode.
Everything works fine until suddenly cdj jog starts to act randomly, then shortly after this vdj crashes.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Can you try with the factory default mapping , if not used already ?

Is this random, happens after specific time, with specific tracks or any other info you can provide ?
 
factory mapping, no specific track, doesnt seem to matter. First i played 20 minutes without problems then it happened, first jog wheel started acting, then shortly after that it crashes. Second time crash happened it took only 6 minutes of playing.
 
I had this exact issue with the same kit and the issue was never resolved. I'm still using Serato as a consequence...same kit same laptop no issues.
