Hello everyone. Question for the group, a little back story. I have been using the DDJSX2 and VDJ8 pro for a little over a year now, so its been working perfectly on my current setup. I went from a RAM to a SSD (Solid State Drive) on a new laptop, a fully compatible laptop. I downloaded the DDJXS ASIO driver and the VDJ8 pro. All of the settings are correct. However, when I load up a song on any deck, the song will play for about 4 to 5 seconds and then cut off. When the song cuts off the DDJSX2 goes dead and the VDJ8 pro jog wheel keeps spinning. When I click on any part on VDJ8 pro, the program freezes up and I have to close out the entire program. Has anyone ever had this issue and if so how did you fix it? Thanks

Sounds like a bad USB connection.
Have you tried using another USB port and/ or USB cable?

You are right on the money. I used the 3.0 USB port with the adapter and it work like a charm. Thanks for your wisdom.
