I've been having trouble re downloading my DJ program , do to some computer problems , I've been trying to contact " Virtual DJ " for three days now , I missed two gigs , I'm totally frustrated and feel abandoned , nobody answer my messages and no way to ph call , the ph # 800 416 2592 is a joke , the out going msg say " if I know my party extension dial now or if I know the first three letters of who I'm calling .." total joke , does anybody had this problem before , what should I do , if I abandon this program I'll have no program and I can afford to by another one . HELP

There is no phone support. Either submit a ticket or let us know on the forum what your problem is.

Also your controller licence does not permit the software to be used for gigs per the EULA. That licence is for home use only.

there really shouldn't be any issues with installing vdi, its a simple .exe or .dmg executable file that does all the work for you assuming you meed the minimum hardware requirements.

once its installed its as simple as connecting to the internet, open up vdi, and login using your credentials that ou use here in the forums (your vdi account name and password)

this activates the software licence you own and hey presto.

if your having computer problems your best option for support is to pos here on the forums for everyone to see, that way you have the support of every member here. i can guarantee someone here will have had the same issues at some point.
