Hello,
All of a sudden, my software is not connecting with my mixdeck. Digital display is blank where it usually shows song info, can't control pitch, cue/pause/play... nothing on mixdeck is working except middle console with volumes etc. only a couple weeks back it was working fine & now they arent reading each other. I recall having to update my driver or something and that seemed to fix it but not sure....anyone have that link or can advise on this issue? Thanks db

Seems like a midi issue....any suggestions out there.

Try different USB cable, USB port and different computer if possible to see if there is a hardware failure.

thanks, other laptop did connect and work np. Uninstalled and reinstalled & it seems good to go now. tks
