I'm having challenge using the mp4 format for video recording. Eact time I choose the mp4 format for recording the software automatically shuts down, im not experiencing this problem with the webm format and I don't like the webm format, it happens eact time i choose the mp4 format and I bought virtualdj specifically because of video recording and the mp4 format really fascinated me. I need someone to please come to my aid to fix this problem! I need a solution.
