Topic: from infinity to demo trial ?? im done

i want to ask, i had buy vdj pro infinity, 1stly its ok and can run smoothly, and then after 2 month it become to demo trial for 30days.. how it could back to demo trial whereas i had buy for infinity???? this not happened 1 times, im done for this !!!!!

Your Pro Infinity purchase has been charged-back @ 2017-06-10 13:56:03. Not sure about the reason of decline, but you may re-purchase, contact Support or Swreg to find out why.
