Hello, I just bought VDJ license for my NI Traktor Kontrol S4MK2, what was not written anywhere was the thing that VDJ does not support this kontroler. First of all I dont understand why do they sell it when it does not fully support it or why they do not note it during purchase. Is refund possible please? I could not find any contact for support. Thank you for your time guys..

Yes it does.
First of all, very simply, the license would not be available for you to buy if it wasn't a supported controller.
Second, you can see from the list of supported controllers on the VDJ wiki page that the S4 mkII is supported.
You can also see from within the VDJ software by simply looking at the list of controllers in the config area.

If it does I am sorry. In this case I would like to ask you for an advice. When I open VDJ I can control only 2 channels, but the controller have 4 of them. How can I witch to full operation mode? :)

You just need to select a 4 Deck skin. The default skins of VirtualDJ offer a Deck Layout menu at the top http://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj8/interface/topsection/applicationcontrol.html
