Hi guys/girls,

Just started a monthly subscription and have downloaded VDJ 8 from the website. I have a login and password but when I try to log in I cannot access servers and also it says I have a cracked version! How can that be if I downloaded from the website? Not getting anywhere fast here even after using their support!
Any help would be great! Thanks

That right there is sign #1 that you've had a cracked version installed on your computer at some time in the past.

Congratulations on making the switch to being a paid up supporter, as mentioned above, this usually means that an illegal copy has modified your network connections to be unable to communicate with VDJ. Once you use the tool to reverse this you'll be running fine.
