Nice to meet you. I am using it since the era of Virtual DJ 7.
he other day I had a chance to interact with a DJ using other software (rekord box),
There is something you would like us to add to Virtual DJ as a feature, and post it.
For reference, paste the image showing the function of rekordbox.
(track analysys -> BPM range)

When analyzing BPM at the same time, its function is to keep it within the BPM range specified by the user.
If possible, it will be a great help if BPM that we analyzed so far will fall within that range.
I think that it is not a difficult function so far, I think that it is a wonderful idea that you do not have to double or half after the analysis is finished, but how is it?
Everyone of the development team, I hope for prompt support.

This feature was available in version 7. (You should know that if, like you said, were using VDJ since version 7).
Like you might already found out it is not present in version 8. At least not exactly that way.
You are still able to choose the analysis mode and since a couple of builds ago there is even the "experimentalBeatAnalyser" option.
Just try it if you are getting a lot of wrong half of double BPM values. It might improve the scan results.

Dear PachN,
I certainly know that you can specify the scope of analysis when using Ver7.
However, since I became Ver.8, I think that the analysis of BPM is somewhat better.
Still 20% to 30% are currently corrected manually.
If possible, I would like you to restore the function that can specify the range of BPM from the beginning like Ver7
In addition, although I tried analyzing a new option, unfortunately it seems that it has not been improved..
