i use my dj i/o on vdj 8 & it play only one channel on one side of speaker :( also it show on the mixer

Not sure what you mean by "mixer", but f it's Hardware one, keep in mind that an Ext Mixer Audio configuration (with Deck 1, Deck 2, etc) requires an "analog mixer" license http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
Home license allows only Master & Headphones audio configuration without any hardware/mixer used.
If that is not the case, make sure you you have the necesseray drivers (if available) and your sound card is set to Quadrophonic mode
