Topic: Filter folder short cut

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

There is a shortcut to create a filter folder but is there one or can anyone tell me how to create a shortcut to go to a specific filter folder? Thanks

Use browser_gotofolder and provide the path. Since most likely, Filter Folders are in the VirtualDJ folder, you could just specify the name.
E.g.
browser_gotofolder "MyFilterFolderName"

Or if its nested , e.g. a Filter Folder in "My Library/Database" Virtual folder.
browser_gotofolder "My Library/Database/All Files"
 
I'm using a mac.The filterfolder is located in Users/BW/Documents/VirtualDJ/Folders and it's called "PAT." Can't seem to get the shortcut to go there. Please write the string for me exactly as i should have it.Thanks
