Hello, I have been tryin to find out what these cues are called so that I may create a keyboard shortcut with no luck... The cues I am referring to are right at the top center of the screen and each deck has four of them. When I hover over them I get no id on them... When I hover over the circles to either side of them it says goto -4... I would like the name to these and if possible to create a keyboard shortcut for them... Tank you

They aren't cues that's the beat counter

really all you can do with them is go forward or backwards 1 beat, with the mouse it's a bit more dynamic

so the scripts you want on 2 keys are

goto +1
goto -1

The is something similar with the beat jump pad page too.

Okay Thanks for the correct term... Is it possible to create a keyboard shortcut for them?

I use the mouse to add chops in the music and find it a little inconstant to use... A keyboard shortcut for these would be a big help

Go to the keyboard mapping and assign buttons to the commands above.

Right a quick text tutorial

Open config
Open the controllers section
You'll see your keyboard mapping

click in the text box below where it says 'key'
press the key you want to use
vdj will bring up the mapping on that key already in the action text box [it could be blank]
the action text box is where you type your mapping

do all the keys you want to map

once you've done close the config window
vdj will ask "mapping has changed do you want to save"
click yes

rock on
