Your system sucks. Someone, Stephane et al.. should email email me and tell me how to get my software that I have paid for three times tonight...

What has happened to Manners, being cordial and polite ...

They cost nothing and you will usually get a better response.

The problem is now solved. The problem didn't come from our servers, but the customer has purchased 3 times with 3 different email accounts so it was really difficult to fix the problem.
