hi everyone,
i have a problem that i hope you can help me solve. the Vdj program works but as soon as my dj console is plugged in and i start the program it starts up but when i get to the main screen the program stops working. it freezes up and i get the message that it is not responding. but when i dont have my dj console connected to my laptop the program works with no problems what so ever but when i plug it in then it freezes immediately. i hope you can help me with this problem.

Please check for latest drivers and firmware for your controller please.

are you able to check your controller on a 2nd system ?
Can you assure the controller has no defect ?
Checked USB Ports and USB cables ?
