Scenario:
- VDJ ver 8.1.2844
- Default skin
- CrossFaderCurve=Full
- CrossFader=Disable
- CrossFaderCustom=
- CrossFaderHamster=no
- VideoCrossFaderLink=No
- VideoCrossFaderAuto=No
Action:
- Open VDJ
- Change option "VideoCrossFaderAuto"=Yes
- Close VDJ
- Re-Open VDJ, the option "VideoCrossFaderAuto" still "Yes " -> Ok, as expect
But:
- load a video track
- the option "VideoCrossFaderAuto" automatically switch to "No"

Do you have the plugin "AutoVideoTransition" installed and enabled?

Yes, it was installed, but I don't enable it.
Now I see it in AutoStart folder; I delete it and now VideoCrossFaderAuto always retain their setting.

AutoStart plugins don't need enabling, they enable automatically. The plugin itself has an enable parameter which is remembered across sessions.
When the plugin enable option is active, and video is active, it will automatically deactivate the auto video crossfader as this conflicts with the purpose of the plugin.
