I bought this mixer back at early december and now I'm using it with virtual dj. I can only use it for 10minute because i haven't buy the license of it yet. So, I just wondering should the license come together with the product/machine I buy or must I buy them separately

Some products come supplied with a limited (LE) version of Virtual DJ, and some don't. Some might be supplied with other DJ software.
The ones that do will normally mention that fact in their advertising and on the box.

If the mixer was pre owned it's highly likely the license for that particular unit has already been registered, check with the previous owner and find out the history if indeed it is a used machine.
