Topic: Thinking of buying Virtual DJ but I've got a few questions.

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Firstly, if I get a monthly license and decide to get a full license, will the money put towards a monthly license be deducted from the cost of the full license? or will I have to pay the 30 AUD a month plus the 450 AUD when I decide to upgrade?

Secondly, same question but regarding one controller vs a full license. If I buy one $150 license and want to go full will it cost the full 450 or only 300?

Also if I get a monthly license can I use virtual DJ offline and still have my license useable during gigs when I have no internet? Part of me thinks you need to validate it online every time you use it.

Thanks for you help:)

Unfortunately not... If you had a subscription and decide to buy a pro infinity licence you have to pay the full price of $300 or 450 AUD.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think upgrading if you are upgrading from a controller licence you only have to pay the difference between both versions.

You have to be online at least once a month. So that VDJ can check if you still have a valid subscription.
But of course, if you have a valid licence you are able to use VDJ offline.

Thanks. Looks like I'll get a month to start then see how I go.
