We are brand new to VDJ. We are using it on an Emulator Touch Screen unit with a MOTU4Pre sound card. We've had various problems but latest problem I can't seem to solve and the unit is unusable. When I turn on the unit, load a song and hit play, the track stutters in place as if the 1/32 loop button were active. The platter won't allow me to move the track. I thought perhaps it somehow got a weird cue programmed in, so I touched the wave form to advance the track and it still stutters. This happens on both decks and for every song.

This means that the selected sound interface is disconnected. Please check your sound configuration.

The Motu Sound Card suddenly decided to no longer work. This happened on both of my systems. One hasn't been turned on since the last time it was working, so I know it was nothing that was accidentally changed by an unknowing employee.

Have you tried to use your soundcard with another application as well ? Or even to do the classic windows sound test ?
