Topic: Older Style Video Files freeze while Audio is fine

Hi Guys,

I put this in as ticket but was redirected here...I seem to be having problem with older video files. All the new one's work correctly.

I saw that other folks were having a similar problem but possibly only one video type.

In order to demonstrate the problem, I have uploaded a video to youtube. Please go to:

It seems to be older ".mpg" files as well as "VOB" files.
.mp4's seem to be fine

what build are you running there was a recent fix for this maybe still beta......

also probably need to upload a sample file if its not been fixed by a recent beta
 
Yes, update to the latest beta and it should be fixed.
The build you are using has this bug.

Did a sink test tonight for 5 hours, all seems good :) I gig a minimum of 3 nights a week, so can't take chances...thanks guys for your input @pachn and @wickedmix! Really appreciate the suggestion
 
Full gig tonight, system worked perfectly...thanks again guys, problem solved.
 
Hi there, I'm having this very same problem. I've installed latest version of VDJ but still it doesn't work. I have over 1,000 files only playing audio. can you explain to me how you fixed it please ?
 
upload a sample file so it can be tested i would say

I installed the beta build 2522, I'm wary of beta but did it using a backup version, however it worked without any bugs at all and got my old videos back (and I also had a lot of VOB and mpg files which were affected)
