I have the same problem. I noticed it because of how milkdrop does not run smooth on my machine (I am not using "high quaility"). My Machine is an I 7 intel with the 3gb nvidia card. It makes my waveform more sluggish. I also notice that I can no longer pick from many output resolutions, now I only get two stops on the slider.
