Does anyone have a tutorial how to set up VAC with Virtual DJ Pro 7?

I have a Toshiba Satellite C75D-A Laptop
Windows 8 64 bit ( Virtual DJ Pro V7 )

I'd like to use my built in microphone ( until I can afford a decent headset ) and Skype to take live callers when broadcasting. I am using Spreaker as my network. From my understanding VAC can be used as a virtual external sound card. Thanks, if posted before advanced apologies! :)
