sorry I was on the go when I posted. They all are .mp4 videos. The music still plays but the video part looks all messed up

Still not a very good description I'm afraid.
Does it look fragmented? Is only a part of the video visible? Does the video output freeze?

If it's looking pixalated or "torn" check that you haven't had any system updates recently, your codecs may need re installing, including direct x9, also it may be down to running out of memory.

Has any of your settings being adjusted,

Just a few ideas to start narrowing down the problem.

I guess you can say it's all the above. Sometimes it green pixelated, then it jumps in and out. Freezes a frame but like it's still playing behind it. Just weird.
Will post video of issue on Facebook @ Virtual DJ official Group Kevin

Have you got much space left on the drive? one other thing does this happen straight away when you first boot up when your laptop is running cold.

Are you on mac or pc?

It sounds like a problem with DXVA.
If the problem goes away after disabling useDXVA, would it be possible to send me one of the videos that causes a problem?

@KRHorn, has your problem been sorted yet, if it has, please explain how you corrected it, it will help other users in the future if they get the same problems.

DXVA fixed it. I turned it off and that corrected it
