Topic: ASIO Driver for MAC??

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I am new with using a MACbook PRO and trying to get all my Virtual DJ transfer correctly. I use a VMS 4.1 and always need a ASIO driver for windows... Does MAC need one? I have yet to hook up my Mac but I wanna know what I need to do before using my set up at my next wedding....

ASIO drivers are for Windows only.
In most cases (VMS4/VMS4.1 is one) no drivers will be needed for Mac OSX

Ok thanks! I am new to this whole macbook thing and wanted to make sure... I don't wanna foul things up before my next gig!
