Topic: Adding songs to iTunes playlists from Virtual DJ

Hi,
I have been using virtual folders to manage my songs and I would like to move that to using iTunes playlists. I am therefore new to iTunes. How can one add songs to an itunes playlist?
I have tried dragging and dropping from virtual dj but the tunes are not being added.
