Topic: 10 MXR not working with VDJ 7LE software on laptop

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

My 10 MXR has been working fine with VDJLE 7 software, on my PC. I also have the same software on my laptop, but when I plug
the 10 MXR into the USB, the software freezes, and I'm unable to use it until I unplug. Why does this happen, and what is the cure for this problem? Strange that all is well when using PC, but not the laptop.

Try reinstalling the drivers of MXR on your laptop
