Groove shark is not working for anyone. There are a lot of threads here and via Google related to why.
Netsearch has continued to work the whole time. New services are in place to replace Grooveshark.

Wickedmix is spot on, make sure you have the current builds of the software 7.4.6 or 8.0b2338
