Hi there, I've recently purchased 2 cdj 400s to accompany my American audio vms 4.1 controller, the plan was to get the 2 cdjs controlling the 2 ezra decks on vdj, however after playing around for hours all I can seem to achieve is getting the cdjs to replicate the existing turntables on the vms 4.1, can anybody help? This is massively frustrating! Thanks guys!

If you want the CDJs to control decks 3 and 4 and the VMS4 to control decks 1 and 2, then you can..
- use the EJECT button on both the CDJ (hold it down for about than 2 seconds) to assign the units to a different deck.
or
- goto Settings-->CONTROLLERS tab , select one CDJ at a time and choose the desired deck from the Deck assignment drop-down menu
assuming that the sound of the VMS4 is used in your audio configuration, the changes above will not have any impact to the sound.
