Dell Laptops and others. I8kfanGUI Fan Controller is causing severe DPC Latency problems, causing choppy audio and video streaming. When it is disabled DPC Latency Graph is green all the way across. I8kfanGUI Is a very good program for keeping the Dell laptops running cool, but needs to be reworked to stop the latency hits. May be needs to be on a different IRQ?
I hope this helps out all of you that are having problems not finding out what is causing these latency problems. It took me a week to find the problem after I had updated all drivers and turning off devices to no avail.
