I am fairly new to Dj'ing and running into issues with software. I have experimented my issues in a few different ways.
The Issue: When I load songs (it has been random, not the same ones every time) it freezes VDJ on my screen, but on my Numark Mixtrack I can still control whatever was playing before and sometimes part of the song that was downloaded but caused the error. This is quite alarming because in VDJ7 I never ran into that issue. Any help for a newbie would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Are these songs you already have on a drive or stuff you are streaming?

Both. It has happened with the content unlimited stuff and my songs on my drive.

What build are you using?
Are you caching songs before putting them into a deck?
When a local song has an issue, do you have a CU song in a deck?

Excuse my lack of knowledge but what do you mean by build?
I do cache the songs first.

And yes and no to the last question. It has frozen when I have both a local song, and a CU song. Same result with either scenario.

In version 8, open the settings window. At the top will be the build number. Mine is 2282.
